Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: yes. EVERY type of session will require a deposit within 7 days. If the deposit is not paid within those 7 days, your time slot will be given to someone else. This is something we had to become more strict with over the year.
Q: If I pay a deposit for a mini session and then find out I can not make it, do I get that back?
A: no. Deposits are used to purchase props and venue rentals. All deposits are final. There are no transfers/ credits or reimbursements. The only time there will be is if it is weather related. Please do not book a session unless you know for sure you can make it. This really screws up scheduling on our end, and causes a lot of extra work.
Q: What happens if I am late to my session?
A: Your session starts right at the appointment time. For example, if your half hour appointment is 10:00 AM and you come in at 10:15. You will only have a 15 minute session at this point. We are strict on this for we have other people scheduled on the same day. If one person is late and we accept it, it would create a domino effect for that entire day. Always plan to be early. This is very important.
Q: Do you edit every image you shoot?
A: No, we do not. Depending on the type of session you are booking, will determine how many photos you will receive. After your session, we will send you over a unedited album. From there you will go through the album and select your images to be edited. Mini Sessions come with 25, Half hour sessions are 35, and Full Hour sessions are 75 images. If you wish to purchase more, they are $5.00 each. Event photography is a bit different. You will receive all photos edited.
Q: Do you give the unedited photos for us to keep?
A: No, we do not. That is like asking a painter to give you the outline of his work. It takes away from the value. If you would like to purchase more photos to be edited, we can definitely do that. However nothing unedited will be given out.
Q: Do you travel for a session?
A: yes of course!!! Depending on the location, there may be a small travel fee, but I love new places :)
Q: How long do photos take to get back?
A: From the moment you give me your “favorites”, it can take 2 weeks for a standard session or mini session. Events will take 6-12 weeks.
Q: What equipment do you use?
A: I have 4 cameras :) I use the Canon R Mirrorless the most with a variety of luxury lenses. Depending on the location, would determine which lens I use.
Q: Where are you located?
A: I am in the Auburndale/ Lakeland area. However, I travel all over!!
Q: I saw poses on Pinterest that I love. Can you do these?
A: I love Pinterest as much as the next girl! It is pretty amazing!!! But it is best used as an initial source of inspiration, rather than a strict guideline. Every photographer’s creativity is different. Try not to show up to a session with 100 images that you want to recreate. A couple is ok, but that does take time away spending it trying to recreate someone else’s image. If there are a few that you REALLY want to do if you can send them to me prior it would be better. That way I can prepare so we do not lose time at your session :)
Q: Do you bring props?
A: Depending on the type of session, yes. I dont like to use TOO many props for Family/ Maternity/ Senior. I feel props take away from an image. Birthday sessions I totally bring them, but unless requested I do not bring many for standard sessions. If you are one that specifically want a ton of props.... just let me know when we are planning your session!!! I dont mind if that is the look you are going for :)
Q: I just want a mini session, can I pick any day to do those?
A: No, our mini sessions are on specific dates only. The events tab on Facebook lists all the dates available and the themes! :-) Go check them out!!!! I like to have at least 2 a month. All the details including sign ups will be listed on the event page. 2019 is pretty much all sold out! But I will start the posting of 2020 here soon!!!

Terms and Conditions
1. An unlimited number of photographs will be taken during your booking. We try to capture those perfect shots. The photographer will send the client the unedited album within 24 business hours of the session. The client will then be able to select which photos they would like for editing. Sessions come with a select number of pictures. This amount will be posted under the Investment page. If the client wishes to purchase more, it will be $5.00 per digital.
2. Payment is due to reserve a time slot. We will no longer hold time slots. Please see payment section for more information.
3. The photographer chooses the location used based on lighting. If the client alters the location the photographer chooses, or sends the photographer to a location where the photographer does not have control of lighting, the photographer will not be held accountable for the brightness of the image, or glare the lighting may produce. Please allow the photographer to use their professional knowledge of what is best for your image.
4. The Photographer grants the Client full rights to print photos. The photographer will not provide unedited images to the client.
5. The Photographer will be held harmless by the Client for any injury, accident, illness or other harm caused to the Client and or the Client’s family before, during or after the photography session.
6. . If the Client fails to arrive at the session location promptly at the time of the session appointment, the session may be shortened as to not cut into the next scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, the wait time will be applied to your session. For example, if you are 15 minutes late to an hour session your remaining time of 45 minutes will be all that you have with the hour booking cost.
7. The Photographer retains rights to the photos and may use the Client’s images for any purpose, in any medium (such as, but not limited to, posting on the photographer’s blog and Facebook page, or printing for promotional purposes). Client grants the photographer full rights to use his /her images and the images of everyone in the client’s family, for any purpose
8. Any Clients who are a "no-show" or cancellation on the day of a session you will not get the money reimbursed, or any credits to future sessions.
9. You may not do any outfit changes within a half hour session or mini session. Outfit changes are acceptable for Full hour. However, the time to change clothes is included in the time of session.
10. If a session is cancelled by the photographer due to poor weather, payments will be credited to a different date/ session.
11. If there are any blemishes, stains, or boo boo’s, there may be an extra fee for editing costs. This will depend on the situation. Please message the photographer to discuss your situation prior to the session. Glasses are another area that can cause issue with editing. We are unable to get rid of sun glare from glasses.
12. Booking sessions: All events will be posted to our Facebook page (under the events tab throughout the year). To book a time slot, the client will follow the sign up information that is placed on the event page.
13. Photographer can not be held responsible for lack of cooperation from client or clients party. For example, if a child does not nap prior to the session and does not allow the photographer to do the images in the allotted time frame- the client will not be reimbursed for the time. The photographer will get the images that they are able to with the cooperation that is given. The photographers are very patient, but we do have to complete within our time frame for we are on tight schedules.
14. Prior to the session, clients must remove wallets, keys, or anything else in pockets. We do not want that to show in the image.
15. Editing: A link to download edited digital images will be delivered to you in the upmost timely manner. We spend time on each image, so this is a time consuming process. This allows us to have more time to do a better edit of the photos we provide to you. We do have an editing timeline that is posted weekly on the Facebook page. We will have a strict editing policy timeline. Sessions will take a minimum of 14 days to return ( unless the photographer gets ahead of schedule). Please keep this in mind before booking your session. The following explains the editing timeline.

Half Hour Sessions- 14 days
Full Hour Sessions- 14-20 days
Weddings- 6 to 12 weeks
Boudoir- 3 to 4 weeks
If the client needs the photos back earlier than the time mentioned above there will be an expedite fee.
Mini Sessions- $25
Half Hour- $25
Full Hour- $30
Weddings- $100
Boudoir- $50
With this payment you will have your photos within 3-4 days for regular sessions and 7-10 days for wedding/ Boudoir.
16. If the client is unhappy or wishes for more editing to be done on their images, they are to notify the photographer immediately after receiving the images. If a client is to download or screenshot any image after receiving the final product, they will not be able to receive any form of reimbursement.
